For the Bitrix24 Marketplace App "Eisenhower Matrix"
This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between WAM IT ("Provider", "we", "us") and the person or legal entity installing or using the Bitrix24 Marketplace App "Eisenhower Matrix" ("App", "Software").
By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to this Agreement. If you use the App on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept this Agreement on behalf of that organization.

Eisenhower Matrix is a Bitrix24 Marketplace App intended for use within Bitrix24 Cloud portals. The App helps users prioritize active Bitrix24 tasks by urgency and importance using a 4-field or 9-field Eisenhower matrix.
The App may use WAM IT's licensing service at https://license.wam-it.de/ to register installations and check technical license status.
Subject to this Agreement, WAM IT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to install and use the App in your Bitrix24 portal for your own internal business purposes.
You may not sell, sublicense, rent, lease, distribute, copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App, except where such restriction is not permitted by applicable law.
The current version of the App is provided free of charge. The licensing service may still be used to register installations, identify App instances, and maintain technical App records.
WAM IT may introduce optional paid functionality in the future. Any paid functionality, prices, and payment terms will be shown before purchase.
The current version of the App does not require payment. No payment provider is required for the current free version.
If paid functionality is introduced later, payment terms, available payment methods, and any related third-party provider terms will be provided before purchase.

You may not use the App:
The App, including its software, design, documentation, and related intellectual property rights, remains the property of WAM IT or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to you under this Agreement.
All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by WAM IT.
WAM IT may provide updates, fixes, improvements, or changes to the App, the licensing service, available features, or technical requirements. Some changes may be required to maintain compatibility with Bitrix24, security requirements, or legal obligations.
WAM IT aims to keep the App and licensing service available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Availability may depend on Bitrix24, hosting providers, internet connectivity, and other third-party services.
Support may be provided by WAM IT at its discretion or according to separately agreed support terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. WAM IT does not warrant that the App will meet all requirements, operate without interruption, or be free of errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WAM IT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or damages resulting from third-party services such as Bitrix24.
Nothing in this Agreement limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health.
This Agreement remains effective until terminated. You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time.
WAM IT may suspend or terminate access if the App is misused or this Agreement is violated.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law, remain in effect.
Personal data processing in connection with the App and licensing service is described in the Privacy Policy.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection laws, where applicable, remain unaffected.
